We have some more good news to share from sports marketing this week!
The 40th edition of the USA Field Hockey of National Hockey Festival is splitting competition venues for 2020 Thanksgiving weekend. The National Hockey Festival will take place November 26-28 at Virginia Beach Sportsplex/Hampton Roads Soccer Complex and BB&T Sports Park in Bermuda Run, N.C. The Divisions for the National Hockey Festival include U-12 Co-Ed, U-14 Girls, U-16 Girls, U-19 Girls, U-19 Boys and Adult age groups.
The festival will bring 900 athletes and 1,800 spectators to Virginia Beach over Thanksgiving weekend. The organizers of this stay-to-play event are working with Team Travel Source to coordinate housing for all participants.
We are grateful for this opportunity to partner with USA Field Hockey and our DMO partners in North Carolina to facilitate the return of sports tourism!
